Our patient privacy experts hit the road for the first time since early 2020 this month, and it was great to be back! iatricSystems attended ViVE and HIMSS over the past two weeks, and it was wonderful catching up with old friends, seeing new faces, and talking patient privacy with some of the brightest minds in the industry. For those that were able to attend the conference with us, welcome back, and if you couldn’t attend, let’s catch you up on what you might have missed.
An Exciting New Event: ViVE
CHIME and HLTH partnered this year to introduce a new tradeshow, ViVE, and iatricSystems is thrilled to have participated in this one-of-a-kind groundbreaking event. As the first conference of the year, our privacy team was excited to showcase our new developments and engage with some of the top thought leaders in the health IT space. Also, with the conference being in Miami, FL there were no complaints about the amazing weather. Rounding off the conversations at ViVE and anxious for more, our privacy experts soon made their way to HIMSS.
Did You See Us at HIMSS22?
Immediately, our team noticed the amazing energy from the largest in-person conference we’ve attended in the past two years. Whether you found us talking patient privacy monitoring at our privacy and security booth, optimizing EHR usage at our interoperability kiosk, or discussing drug diversion at our connected demo with Cerner, we greatly enjoyed speaking with attendees in person and strengthening our relationship with this amazing community.
Artificial Intelligence was the buzz word around HIMSS. As hospitals and providers both search for solutions to increase productivity and accuracy, AI is at the top of the list. Steve Walker, iatricSystems’ artificial intelligence and machine learning expert, took the stage in the Cybersecurity Pavilion to discuss how machine learning and automation are used to uncover more potential privacy breaches while improving administrative workflows. Luckily, you don’t have to wait for another conference to learn more about our machine learning and automation capabilities. Feel free to request a demo of our Advanced Virtual Assistant (AVA) and Haystack iS. We love talking AI.
Recognized by KLAS and Censinet
If you stopped by the KLAS booth, you may have seen iatricSystems accepting the KLAS Cybersecurity Transparency Award. In collaboration with Censinet, the award signifies Haystack iS meets the rigorous requirements critical for patient safety and data protection. With the current threat landscape, iatricSystems is proud to participate in enterprise-level risk assessments like these to drive greater trust and transparency with our healthcare providers. See the full list of vendors and iatricSystems’ achievement at KLAS Research.
See You Again Soon!
While we catch up on emails from the past few weeks of events, we set our sights on HCCA and MUSE. If you’re planning to attend the HCCA’s 26th Annual Compliance Institute from March 28-31, in Phoenix, we hope you’ll visit us at Booth 526. And, if you’re planning to attend the 2022 MUSE Inspire Conference from May 15-18, in Dallas, we hope you stop by our booth or join in one of our speaking sessions. We’d love to continue our conversations about patient privacy strategy and how our AI is helping hospitals overcome challenges.
