David is a consultant with Iatric Systems focusing on HIE and Professional Services and is currently the President of The Virginia Northern Company (TVNC). He has served on the HIMSS National Capitol Area Board and the HIMSS RHIO/HIE Liaison Board. Prior to TVNC he served for over three years as Senior Vice President/COO of the eHealth Initiative, and assisted in the on-going development of the Connecting Communities for Better Health Program that helped launch several HIE/RHIOs. He was co-lead for work on state HIT (health information technology) initiatives and roadmaps in a dozen states.
